I have different animals can
I cover them under one policy? A: NO
All animals have to be insured by type and value but it is possible to insure
the same type of animal such as 4 Rabbits if they are the same and of similar
value.
I have a dog which is 9 years old
can you insure him? A: NO
We regret the maximum joining age for dogs is up to the 8th birthday.
We cannot offer insurance for older animals. Naturally if your dog is already
insured cover will be continued past this age.
Do you cover working Dogs? A: NO
We regret we cannot offer cover for working dogs.
I have 15 Ducks and I would like
to insure them as a flock? A: YES
You can insure all of your ducks as a flock but price is quoted by
total number of animals simply enter the number you require to insure.
I own an aviary of 25 birds can
you offer insurance? A: YES
We can offer you cover for a flock of birds. However, this site is
optimised for home pet owners with one or several pets and not those with
large numbers of animals. If you have a large number of animals you wish
to insure please complete the email me a quote link.
Can I insure my animals for Theft,
Death or Vets Bills? A: YES
Theft - Death and Vets Bills can be covered all together or selectively
this option is available on Birds of Prey - Exotic Birds - Exotic Mammals
- Reptiles over £100 in value. Cover for Vets bills only will be offered
to small birds and mammals and Rabbits. Dogs and Cats are offered a combined
policy which will include - Theft - Death and Vets bills. For full details

I already have animals insured
with you and want to add more. A: YES
If you already have a policy with one of our insurers simply complete
the add an animal email with your existing policy number and this will be
sent to the correct insurer who will issue the policy and advise you of
the additional premium. Alternatively you can obtain a quote online first
then complete the add an animal form.
My Tortoise is valued at £400 but
your site sets the maximum to £250
Some small animals have a limit set for theft however most expensive
animals can be valued separately. However, you should not inflate the value
as insurers are constantly updating their data and are fair about true valuations.
I live outside the UK can you offer
me insurance for my pets? A: NO
We regret we cannot offer cover for any animal residing outside of
the UK. We do provide a link to Veterinary
Pet Insurance where you may find services on offer for animals in America.
